BUCS Youth Girls Lacrosse offers winter indoor conditioning and practice sessions on Saturday evenings during January and February. Sessions focus on agility, strength, and cardio training. The cost is $50 per player.
Session dates for the 2026 season, held at Interboro Kindergarten Academy from 6pm - 715pm, are as follows:
JANUARY 31, FEBRUARY 7, FEBRUARY 21, FEBRUARY 28
Women’s lacrosse stick, women’s lacrosse goggles, mouth guard, sneakers (no cleats), water bottle
BYGL Winter Sessions:
BUCS Youth Girls Lacrosse is open to girls through eighth grade. We offer three groups in our Spring League - Little Scoopers, Clinic, and Travel. Clinic and Travel players are required to purchase a BYGL reversible jersey that will be worn each season.
The home field for BUCS Youth Girls Lacrosse is located at Manor Field, Tinicum. We play on a GRASS field. BYGL teams typically practice 1-2 nights during the week as well as on Saturday mornings until games begin. Games are played March through May, ending the week before Memorial Day. BYGL will end the regular season with the LaxFest playday.

A limited number of donated sticks and cleats are available for those in need. Please contact director if interested.
BUCS Youth Girls Lacrosse is a part of the Philadelphia Area Girls Lacrosse Association (PAGLA) League as a member of the Central West Region with youth girls lacrosse clubs Aston, BYC, Eyekonz West, Great Valley, Haven, Haverford, Lower Merion, Marple Newton, Pioneer Quix Stix, Radnor, Ridley, RTM Optimist, Springfield, Upper Merion, and West Chester.
